Thankful Thanksgiving

I am thankful for a loving and supportive family.

I am so lucky to have parents that will help me in every facet of my life whether it is emotional support, academic assistance (yep, even a college kid needs help finance help from her finance expert dad or writing support from my English major mom), and or encouragement and contacts as I move into the job search.

I am thankful to have two sets of grandparents who support me in all my endeavors and are always checking in to see what adventures we have gone on.

I am thankful to have body, strong enough to run today’s turkey trot with my sister or partner in crime.  I’m blessed that I have the ability to work out during the week because it not only makes me feel good, but also makes me happy.  Got to love those endorphins!

I am thankful for water, pumpkin, brussel sprouts, and all of the other delicious Thanksgiving goodies that we are blessed to have access to.

I am thankful that while I may have been sick this week, my mom has helped me feel better. I guess I could call her Nurse Fuelling, making sure I have all the right cough medicines and such.

I am thankful to have some of the greatest friends, especially Liz.  I can’t even begin to thank her for her support, her advice, the fact she has been there when I need her and has experienced so much with me.  There isn’t a day when I don’t think back to our abroad adventures 🙂

I am thankful to have a job that I love at school.  Along with this, I am thankful to have one of the best bosses ever.  She is so driven and always saves my favorite assignments for me.

I am thankful for the strength and support of the blogging community.  I blogged back when I studied abroad, but really only focused on myself (partially due to lack of time). Reading, connecting, and supporting each other has been one of the best things that has happened to me this year.  It has left me with so much inspiration, and happiness. 🙂

I hope you all have a wonderful day and week.
