Our school likes to call the week before finals, “dead week,” meaning minimal midterms or projects or information. I’m not sure why this is because my roommate seems to be running around like the end of the world is coming near. Well, it is, but in her case, all of her projects are due this week and so it pretty much could be the end of the world if she doesn’t finish 🙂 I have faith. My week isn’t as bad as it could be, but it’s only Monday morning…
So yesterday, after an 8 hour drive back to school (no, it was not supposed to be 8…it was supposed to be 5, but that’s besides the point) and some unpacking, I’ve decided I’m ready to take on anything that comes at me this week. Fitness and little Christmas cheer will be partners in crime.
I couldn’t really get myself to listen to Christmas music the entire 8 hours, but am ready to wear some holiday gear. Including my new-spiffy riding boots. I am extremely picky, so this is two years in the making.
Soooo many fun decoration/gift/baking ideas…alright, let’s survive these next two weeks and get into the spirit of the holidays!
