WIAW #26 – Chobani Meals for Days

Not only am I a tad bit overwhelmed by work and sad I haven’t had many social activities, but I plumb forgot to take pictures of my meals today.  So, as a result, I am going to keep this uber short, sweet, and to the point.

I always seem to be in a rut of what to make.  In terms of breakfast, still trying to find the magical balance of just enough to fill me up so I don’t snack all day, but not too much and end up in a food coma during my classes.  A couple of weeks ago I picked up a variety pack of Chobani yogurts from Costco.  There were three flavors (stawberry, blueberry, and peach), so I am able to mix it up every few days 🙂


Recently, I’ve been into the Chobani + Raspberries/Blueberries + Granola or a handful of walnuts.  Of course alongside a nice cup of tea 🙂


Lunch has fluctuated between a Herbalife Protein Shake w/ an apple or a potpourri of salad bar items from my school’s cafeteria.  Both meals are usually eaten solo as none of my friends share similar schedules.  I was a huge fan of the conference this weekend because it required us to eat all three meals together.  Such a nice change of pace to my independent schedule at school.

We were the only people from California. Actually the only people from the WEST COAST!

Dinner was a slight disappointment.  I was hoping to eat out with a few of my friends but failed to initiate anything and found myself studying in the library until 8ish.  Oops.  I then decided pancakes would be good as it was National Pancake Day.  Attempt at personal Chobani pancakes provided delicious yogurt but a failed experiment.IMG_6317

So, to cheer up, I dunked one of these in a tall glass of milk. Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies.  Recipe to follow shortly 🙂


Goodness, this upcoming week is a BIG one! Chinese New Year on Sunday (10th), Mardis Gras on Tuesday (12th), Ash Wednesday (13th aka Lent Begins), and Valentines Day!

Any plans for the upcoming “festivities”? 🙂

  1. I CANT WAIT FOR THAT RECIPE! Those cookies look AMAZINGGGGG. Ahhhh my stomach is a-grumblin just looking at them. And the pancakes look okay? Haha I don’t know, they’re pancakes to me. They always taste good. But I usually use a box sooo….

    • And this would DEF be an instance where I should have used the box. I was just being completely lazy and didn’t want to make batter for 12 people when it was just me 🙂

  2. I found peach Chobani on sale at my little bargain grocery store so I’ve been eating it for breakfast all week with a Fiber One bar! Hardly an exciting breakfast, but it is yummy and does the trick 😉

    Those cookies look SO good!
