Nifty Hazlenut Brownies

Does a four ingredient recipe make it nifty?  Why, it sure does! I stumbled upon this recipe a few days ago, simply by searching nutella brownies.  I have made one version before but wanted to change things up a bit.

Nutella 3 or 4 Ingredient Brownies
~16 brownies

15 tbsp flour
3 eggs
1.5 cup (basically jar) of Nutella (or similar hazlenut butter…mine happens to be from Trader Joe’s)
handful of M&M’s (optional depending on what’s free in the pantry)

1. Mix all ingredients
2. Divide into muffin tins
3. Pop in the oven (350F) for about 20 minutes. Make sure you don’t have them in for too long or they will begin to dry out.  Hm, oven must have been mad at me because it certainly made mine dry a bit.

So I decided to scoop out the top and add in some nutella.  This was definitely the way to go (a nut butter would have been just as tasty) as everyone LOVED them.

Do you ever have any baking disasters?
