Thirsty Thursday

Anyone else thinking the same thing?  In this case this post isn’t about booze, but rather my affixation with other liquid beverages that may or may not be considered part of the healthy bandwagon.  I admit, I fell to the trend of kombucha.  It was good for awhile, but the taste and high price wore off after awhile.

WIAW #51 – My Love for Santa Barbara

Where can I even begin on this Wednesday?  Well, it’s coming down to the last couple weeks of my summer – the first summer where I’ve had the opportunity to take time and do pretty much what I want, when I want.  I’ve been able to see family, spend time catching up with my high school friends, exploring new areas and eateries, exercising, and of course blogging.  Last week I traveled up to Santa Barbara and had a wonderful time shopping, running, and soaking in the sunshine.  Not to mention the eats from Paradise Cafe and La Super Rica, both favorites of Julia Child.  Today I’ll share some of my other favorites from the trip and hopefully inspire you to take a trip up or down the 101 to taste it out. 🙂 Mahalo as always to Jenn at Peas & Crayons. Any fun plans?  We are hosting a fiesta for my dad’s coworkers on Saturday and dropping my sister’s stuff at college on Sunday.  I was nominated by the lovely Sweat Often Live Happy for the Liebster Award and it’s always great to hear from different bloggers and browse the different sites.  I highly recommend checking her page out!  Here we go with some fun facts and random answers. Living and Eating a World of Color

Ladies and gentlemen, this will NOT be your average WIAW.  Today I’m talking about my magical trip to not only Disneyland, but California Adventure.  If you are curious as to what other fun bloggers are eating and writing about, find yourself transported to Jenn’s page at Peas & Crayons.

Thank you for all the support regarding my decision to move back to New York!  This is a big move for me, but more on that later. Continue reading
